The State University of New York is looking for a new chancellor now that Dr. James Malatras has resigned following the disclosure of text messages where he mocked one of former Governor Andrew Cuomo’s sexual harrassment accusors. An Otsego County Jail inmate who escaped while being taken to New Lisbon court is back in custody Police sat John Clark injured a corrections officer during a struggle following a foot pursuit.
