New York’s styrofoam container ban kicks in on Saturday. It not only includes food containers but also packing peanuts and other styrofoam packing materials. The ban includes the sale of those items. Bainbridge DV Suspect Facing 4 Felony Charges

The suspect in a Bainbridge domestic violence incident earlier this month is now facing 4 felony charges. Police say Charles J, Richter assauted the victim causing serious injuries. That individual remaines hospitalized. Richter initially fled the scene but was apprehended a few hours later. Delaware County Reports 2 More COVID-19 Related Deaths

Delaware County Public Health reported 2 additional COVID-19 deaths between Dec. 23 and Monday bringing the total to 84. It’s not known if those individuals were vaccinated.
