Former Governor Andrew Cuomo is not being prosecuted on groping charges brought in Albany. Prosecutors say they don’t have enough evidence to convict. Norwich Truck Suspects Sought

State Police are looking for tips to find a man and a woman stealing a pickup from Walmart in Norwich on New Year’s Eve. A elderly resident in Hartwick is hospitalized after being assaulted during a burglary. State Police say it happened at a Poplar Ave. home sometime between late Sunday and early Monday. DCPH Implements Home COVID-19 Test Reporting Portal

Delaware County residents can now report positive COVID-19 home test results through a new website. A link is at delawarecountypublichealth.com. The site will record basic demographic information and test kit information. Most home tests give results in about 15 minutes. Source: Press release

There’s no in-person transactions this week at the Otsego County Department of Motor Vehicles office because of COVID-19 issues among staff. Morris Men Face Multiple Felony Charges From Burglary Investigation

2 men from Morris face 15 felony charges each from an investigation into burglaries that happened last July and August. Police say the men broke into locations in Masonville, Tompkins, Franklin and Hamden. The two are in jail pending arraignment on the new charges.
