Former Governor Andrew Cuomo is not being prosecuted on groping charges brought in Albany. Prosecutors say they don’t have enough evidence to convict. A elderly resident in Hartwick is hospitalized after being assaulted during a burglary. State Police say it happened at a Poplar Ave. home sometime between late Sunday and early Monday. Instead 2 maps were submitted which means lawmakers now have to accept one of the 2. The maps redefine district borders based on 2020 Census results. 2 men from Morris face 15 felony charges each from an investigation into burglaries that happened last July and August. Police say the men broke into locations in Masonville, Tompkins, Franklin and Hamden. The two are in jail pending arraignment on the new charges.
