Court Says Mask Mandate Remains In Effect TFN

A decision on the legality of New York’s mask-or-vax mandate could take until the end of the month. Appeals Court Still Deciding Mask mandate Constitutionality

An appealate court is still considering a judge’s ruling that New York’s mask-or-vaccine mandate is constitutional. SUNY Oneonta Student Death Investigation Continues

Oneonta Police continue to investigate the death of a SUNY Oneonta student whose body was found last week near the Silas Lane bus garage.
