Oneonta Common Council member Bryce Wooden announced his resignation on Tuesday. Wooden will continue serve until September. thats when he said he and his family will be moving to a new home that is outside the 7th Ward, which he currently represents. Wooden also announced his endorsement for Carolyn Marks to take his place.
