There’s been a second black bear sighting in Norwich. According to WSYR this latest one was on Sunday off off Aldrich Road. The first sighting was last Thursday on Calvary Drive near Rexford Street and Route 23. Officials say to keep trash cans covered and don’t leave pet food out in the open. Oneonta Police announce 2 arrests are made in the stabbing death of Kaleb O’Neill. The suspects are brothers and both were apprehended last Thursday then arraigned in City of Oneonta Court. Both are in the Otsego County jail and are due back in court this Wednesday. Source: Press release
