The 4th annual Shock-toberfest is scheduled for Saturday, October 11th at the Foothills PAC in Oneonta. Fil;m Otsego and Foothills are sponsoring the double headliner event in locally made Popeye the Slayer Man at 6 and Metallica cover band Obey Your Master following. Also being shown this year are “Hellbender” at 4 p.m., made by a Roscoe filmmaking family, the Poser-Adams family and a Horror Shorts Block of six horror films at 3 p.m. There will also be a horror festival in the Foothills atrium and parking lot, with axe throwing, food trucks, tarot, vendors and more.
