A Delhi woman has been arrested and charged with aggranated unlicensed operation. Delaware County Sheriff Craig Dumond says a deputy observed the woman using a mobile phone while driving on Wednesday in the village of Delhi. 31 year old Arianna Kole, of Delhi, was pulled over, but a routine check of her registration showed that her driving privileges had been suspended for failing to answer multiple summonses from court.
