The 57th annual Cooperstorn Winter Carnival wrapped up this past weekend, wit hthe theme A Time To Shine in Wintertime. This was the 2nd annual event, held at the Doubleday stadium parking lot. The event was free and featured family-friendly games, face painting, a pie eating contest, and a fire pit to roast some smores. A big hit this year was the live ice sculpting demonstration at this year’s Blizzard Bash, put on by local sculptor Aaron Pencar.
