Former First Community Care Of Bassett Executive Sentenced For Mail Fraud

A former First Community Care of Bassett executive has been sentenced in his mail fraud case. 50 year old Kevin Harrington, of Oneonta, pleaded guilty to two counts of mil fraud in federal court. On Wednesdya, he was ordered to serve three years of federal probation, six months home confinement, and pay fines and restitution of more than 150-thousand dollars. Harrington admitted that he submitted false expense reports for CPAP machines in order to be reimbursed. He then pcoketed the money.
