The Delaware County DA, Shawn Smith, has charged a Walton man with strangling a woman. 39 year old Jared Lambrecht is accused of choking the female victim with the intent of impeding her ability to breath. Reports also indicate that Lambrecht was indictaed for five total charges by a grand jury on Thursday, including assault and child endangerment. No other details about the case were provided.
