An Otsego County woman is facing allegations that she stole more than a thousand dollars in merchandise from a Sherburne store last month. The sheriff’s office says 26 year old Jayla Van Pelt was arrested and charged with grand larcent and conspiracy. The sheriff’s office did not name the business that filed that larcenyt report, but two other suspects, who also weren’t named, are believed to have been involved in the case. The sheriff says more arrests are forthcoming.
