Another animal hoarding case in our region. The New York State Polcie Troop C issued a news release Wednesday that said a Greene, New York, woman had been arrested and charged with 21 counts of overdriving, torturing, or injuring animals and failure to provide proper sustenance. Reports indicate troopers arrested Patricia Crossman at a property off NY 206 in the town of Coventry after an anonymous top to the agency on November 12th. Reports indicate 21 cats were living in deplorable conditions. The Susquehanna SPCA ha ssince taken custody of the animals.
