We begin today on the crime beat in Norwich, where police say a man has been arrested after a stabbing on Wednesday. Chief Reuben Roach says police responded to a 911 call from someone at a home on Rexford Street. The victim had been stabbed in the arm and neck. While not much is known about what led up to the violence, reports indicate 40 year old Jason R. Chase, of Marathon, was arrested at the scene and charged with assault and criminal possesssion of a weapon.
