Walton Woman Gets Probation For Drunk Driving Charge

A Walton woman has been sentenced for DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. The Delaware County District Attorney said Wednesday that Amy Kille has been ordered to serve five years of probation. She must also complete Adult Treatment Court programming and her license has been revoked. Any vehicle she owns or operates after being allowed to have a license again, will have to have an ignition interlock device installed. If she breaks any of the conditions, she could be sentenced to as much as four years in state prison.
