Leftover federal pandemic relief funding will be used in Delhi to build new restrooms at the shooting range classroom. Retired Polcie Captain James Small, the village’s firearms instructor, says the range is forced to use a portable bathroom in the summer, with nothing available in the winter. Because of this, the state will not certify the classroom for training. The cost of building a restroom is expected to be just under 11-thousand dollars.
