An Otsego County man has been arrested for alleged child abuse charges. 31 year old Shean Seeley is facing three counts of acting in a minor to injure a child less than 17 years old and two counts of reckless endangerment. An anonymous tipster told the Otsego County Child Protective Services that Seeley would often act in a manner that exposed chidlren to risk of serious physical injury. He has since been released from custody pending a hearing in Otego Town Court.
