Delaware County authorities have posted a bank surveillance picture showing a man wanted for using a fake ID to make an illegal withdrawal. You can see the picture on the New York State Police Facebook page.. The man made the withdrawal from a customer’s account, which he did not have permission for, at the Delaware National Bank of Delhu on September 29th. If you recognize the man in the picture, you’re asked to call 607-561-7400.
