The Hanford Mills Museum in East Meredith is celebrating 50 years of fascination. The museum was once a working grist mill and sawmill dating back to the 1840’s. It is now part of an historic district that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. After this weekend, the musem will close for the winter season, so stop by to check out their exhibit on their 50th anniversary – titled A Treasure In Our Valley. The museum is located at 51 County Highway 12 in East Meredith.
