Sidney Woman Sentenced For Striking Teen Girl With Car While Drunk

A Delaware County woman has been sentenced after pleading guilty to aggravated vehicular assault and aggravated DWI in February. The crimes happened in the Village of Sidney, where police said 32 year old Courtni Baker struck a 14 year old girl with her car as the girl was walking home from school. A judge ordered Baker to serve between 4 and 12 years in state prison, along with paying fines of more than 22-hundred dollars.
