A 66 year old Richmondville woman was jailed last week after police say her blood alcohol content was three times the legal limit to drive. The woman was pulled over on Tuesday, and blew a .24 BAC. The legal limit to drive in the Empire State is .08. A statement from state police says Brenda Laforme was pulled over while driving on State Route 7 in Cobleskill.
