According to cobleskilltimesjournal.com, an Albany couple has been arrested for moving into-and damaging-someone else’s home in Cobleskill.
Melissa Johnson, 44, and Jesus I. Lanauze, 58, both of Albany, were both charged with second-degree criminal trespass, two counts of third-degree criminal tampering, and sixth-degree conspiracy following the July 23 investigation.
According to State Police, at about 6:31pm on the 23rd, Troopers responded to a home on State Route 7 in Cobleskill for the reports of a trespass.
The investigation determined Ms. Johnson and Mr. Lanauze had been residing in the unoccupied house without permission from the owner for about a week.
