A Chenango County resident has been identified as the victim of a crash in Broome County last month. The sheriff’s office there identifies the person as 54 year old Giovanna Criscitello of Afton. At about 4:30 on the morning of May15th, Criscitello was killed in a one vehicle accident on I-88 westbound near Exit 6 in Harpursville.
