A man charged in Delaware County with violating an order of protection takes a plea deal. Prosecutors say Douglas Rodriguez of Roscoe pleaded guilty to first degree Criminal Contempt and admitted to calling the protected individual several times for no legitimate reason. Rodriguez will be sentenced next month.
