A judge rejects a plea deal for the owver of the limo that crashed nearly 4 years ago in Schoharie killing 20 people. The deal reached a year ago had no jail time for Naumann Hussein but according to the Times Union the judge said a sentence was appropriate. A trial date will now be set.
