Friends of Recovery of Delaware and Otsego Counties announces it now has a vending machine at the Turning Point of Otsego County to dispense naloxone, also known as Narcan which is a drug to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose. All Naloxone is free and each kit contains 2 doses.
