A free rabies vaccination for cats, dogs and ferrets takes place today from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the Susquehanna SPCA on Rt. 28, Cooperstown. The event is first come, first serve and owners should bring your pets vaccine certificate for the Vets reference. Mask wearing is required.
