New York is planning to fund construction of a dozen new Supportive Crisis Stabilization Centers and is seeking proposals from organizations to develop the facilities. $71 million in funding is available to build the 12 centers which will provide support and assistance to individuals with mental health and/or substance use crisis symptoms.
