A fire that destroyed 3 downtown Worcester buildings earlier this month is ruled accidental. According to investigators a malfunction electric appliance inside a store at 143 Main St. started the blaze. The fire destroyed that store and 2 other businesses plus damaged the Worcester Historical Society and another business.
