Delhi Police Officer Justin Mohr received the 2021 Recognition of Excellence Drug Recognition Expert Enforcement Awar. This award is in recognition of his efforts deterring impaired driving in the community. Officer Mohr received recognition for his DWI enforcement efforts in 2019 and 2020.
