The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office adds a new K-9 officer to its team. K-9 Tracer is assigned to Handler Deputy Sheriff Jessica Thornhill and the pair were certified as an Explosive Detection Canine Team in June of 2020. Tracer is also trained as a patrol and tracking K-9.
