A Mount Upton man is nominated as the Libertarian Party candidate to challenge Senator Chuck Schumer’s re-election bid. Tom Quiter had run for New York Senate in 2020 against Fred Akshar. Quiter was nominated at the party’s convention held last weekend in Albany.
