New York awards close to $200 million in grants through round 6 of the Regional Economic Development Council Initiative. Among those receiving funding are the City of Oneonta, Huntington Memorial Library, The Baseball Hall of Fame, Fenimore Art Museum and the Delaware County Industrial Development Agency.
