Hartwick College names Gail C. Glover as the first-even vice president for strategic communications. In this new role Glover will lead the development and implementation of the College’s brand vision, positioning strategy, and public relations campaigns. She was director of marketing, social media, and communications at Dutchess Community College in Poughkeepsie.
