A man from the state of Kansas charged withhitting a pedestrian in Hartwick Seminary in 2020 is sentenced to treatment at a state psychiatric center. George Wang pleaded not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect. Police say Wang drove into a grassy area hitting the pedestrian then got back on the road.
