Pastor Mel Farmer of Oneonta is again giving holiday dinners through his “Angel of Love” program. Accordimg to All Otsego Mel now gives out gift cards to buy dinners instead of handing out turkeys or hams. This is an annual program Mel has been conducting for 10 years to help those less fortunate.
