The Arc Otsego announced that its annual meeting scheduled for Thursday at the Foothills Performing Arts Center will now be held via online teleconference because of the increase in COVID-19 cases. The online session will begin at 6:00 p.m. and a meeting link is posted at the Arc Otsego’s Facebook Page.
