Public libraries in Edmeston, Hartwick, Richfield Springs and Sidney receive state grants for various construction projects. Senator Peter Oberacker says libraries are historic landmarks in many cases and technology and accessibility upgrades can be costly so these funds will help as communities make needed improvements to meet new and evolving needs.
