The Clark Foundation announces the results of its 2021 Cooperstown Beautification Contest. Prizes of $1,000, $750 and $500 were awarded to the first, second and third place winners in 3 categories. A $400 honorable mention prize was also awarded. According to All Otsego the foundation began the contest in 1954.
