Lt. Governor Kathy Hochul made her first public appearance since Governor Andrew Cuomo’s resignation and says while becoming Governor was not expected, it is a day for which she is prepared, Hochul held a news confernce on Wednesday and said there will be an orderly transition. She will be New York’s first woman governor.
