Chenango County vehicle owners will have to dig a little deeper to pay their registrations in order to fund EMS services. The Evening Sun reports vehicles that are 3,500 pounds or less will incur a $5 annual fee and a $10 annual fee will apply for heavier vehicles. Farm and agriculture vehicles are exempt.
