Oneonta Mayor Gary Herzig is concerned over the increase in COVID-19 cases and the lower-than-average vaccination rate in the county. According to All Otsego Herzig touched on those two topics at Tuesday’s Common Council meeting saying they didn’t anticipate a resistance to the vaccines. So far there are no plans to re-implement mask restrictions.
