An Oneonta man is indicted on felony charges for sexually abusing a child under the age of 11. According to court papers 40-year-old Bradley C. Cook is charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual act for allegedly having oral sexual contact with the child. Cook appeared in court on Monday then was booked into the Otsego County jail on $10,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond. He is due back in court next month.
