State Police are looking for a Norwich man who is a person of interest in a domestic-related incident. 53-year-old Jose Gonzalez is connected to an assault that occurred last Wednesday at Fred’s Inn in the Town of Norwich where two people were hospitalized for what were described as minor injuries.
