A guilty plea is taken by a Richmondville man indicted for a receiving, possessing and distributing child pornography. Federal prosecutors say Angel Gomez downloaded images and videos then made them available for others to download. Investigators found Gomez had over 13,000 still images and over 2,400 videos depicting the sexual abuse of children. Sentencing is scheduled for August and Gomez could get as much as 180 years in jail plus a maximum fine of $2.25 million.
