The State University of New York College at Oneonta has announced that Assistant Professor of Photography Wesley Bernard was one of 50 photographers worldwide chosen as a finalist for the Lucie Foundation Photography Portrait Project. Lucie Foundation is a nonprofit, charitable foundation whose mission is to honor master photographers, discover and cultivate emerging talent and promote the appreciation of photography worldwide.
