Another Otsego County resident died from COVID-19 related complications. The Otsego County Health Department didn’t release information on either individual’s age or gender. 31 county residents have died from coronavirus-related complications with 12 of those deaths since Jan. 1. Delaware County Public Health reported 3 more deaths attributed to coronavirus complications. One was reported on Tuesday and 2 on Wednesday bringing the total to 38.
