The Susquehanna SPCA announced the creation of a phone hotline so the public can report suspected cases of animal abuse. Executive Director Stacie Haynes tells All Tosego the “Here to Help Hotline” is a judgment-free zone and all information obtained will remain confidential. A series of questions will be asked to assess the situation and determine the best course of action. There is no cost to use the hotline and the number is 607-547-8111, extension 108.
