A CHenango County man has been arrested afte a grand jury indictment. 52 year old Lawrence Slater, of Norwich was named in the indictment for operating a vehicle on State Highway 12 on April 12th and crashing into an oncoming car driven by 62 year old Steven Biviano, of Oxford. Biviano was killed. Reports show Slater’s breath alcohol content was .18 percent. He’s charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, manslaughter, vehicular manslaughter, felony DWI and more.
