An Oneonta man is accused of firing a gun at a train. Felont charges have been filed against 33 year old James Fulginiti. Polcie say he opened fire at a Norfolk Southern Railway train on Wednesday last week. Deputies responded to the tracks just off State Highway 7 and Corporate Drive after 911 dispatchers received reports of a man walking down the tracks allegedly shooting at a train. The deupties discovered Fulginiti fired a BB gun multiple times at the windshield of the locomotive. The conduictor was not injured, but the windshield was cracked.
